Booking and payment conditions

2.  Customers should read all condition before booking. We reserve the right not to be responsible for the following events.

     2.1 Defective airline service such as postponing or Cancel flights

     2.2 We reserve the right to change some details in the tour itinerary in the event of a force majeure event that cannot be corrected                  and cannot be held responsible. In case of loss or injury that is beyond the responsibility of the tour leader                                              or some force majeure such as strikes, natural disasters, riots, etc.

     2.3 The tour that is an all-inclusive package, If you waive your right to use any of the services listed,                                                              you will not be able to claim a refund.

5.  When you have reserved a seat on the tour, please advise if any certain types of food or observe vegetarian precepts                                 or any allergy please notify the company. Let us know at least 7 days in advance before travelling.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel 30 days or more before travel,               you may entitle for full refund or deduction of actual expenses                                                                                                          will be applied in the case of a non-refund payment has been paid to the hotel Airlines                                                                          or service providers abroad

Cancellation 15 days or more before departure:   50% of the tour price will be charged.

Cancel 14 days before departure:                      70% of the tour price will be charged.

Cancellation of the trip less than 7 days,            100% of the tour price will be charged.

In the case of traveling during holidays or festivals that require a guaranteed deposit with an advance payment that is non refundable such as air tickets, accommodation, etc., we then are unable to refund.

Note***Passport must be valid for more than 6 months and has at least 2 blank pages***
If evidence of various important documents or passports of traveling companions has problems or is incomplete or being refused permission to enter the city, the company reserves the right not to refund and not responsible if you are unable to travel
